Nickel - Susan Marie (nee: Jensen) died Tuesday, September 24, 2002 in Kamloops, B.C. after a courageous battle with cancer. Susan was born on June 1, 1954 at Comox, B.C. She graduated from George P. Vanier High School before attending the University of Victoria where she met Gordon, her husband to be. Susan and Gordon were married in St. Peter’s Anglican Church in Comox.
They lived for several years in Sayward, B.C. before moving to Vancouver and then to Princeton where their two sons were born. They then moved to Kamloops.
Susan will be remembered for the love and laughter she brought to all her friends and especially to her family. She will be missed.
Mourning her are her beloved husband Gordon, her sons Sean and Kevin, her mother Vera Jensen of Comox, her sisters Vicki Lee (Bob) of Alberni, Cathy Pusell (Ray), of Princeton, her brother Chris Jensen (Sandy) of Cumberland, her nieces: Vania and Sydney, her nephews: Dan, Christian, and Luke, as well as many other family members and close friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cancer Society or a favorite charity.
