Syd passed away peacefully in his 83rd year on October 27, 2009 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, in Comox. Syd is survived by his wife Winnie, sons Brian and Keith (and family), daughter Sharon, son-in-law Louis, grandson Christopher. Predeceased by his son, Sydney Jr.
Syd will be remembered by his family and friends as a kind and loving man. At Syd’s request, no service will be held.
