Tracy Williams, beloved wife of Dave Williams, passed away on July 31, 2017, from enduring a courageous battle of cancer. Tracy was a loving and wonderful mother to Brad Williams (Angel Ramos), of Calgary. Tracy will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her mother Dianne Bruon, sister, Tammy (Colin Brander) and nephew, Ian Kitchener (Lauren Quain) and niece, Julie Kitchener (Doug Van der Vlugt), great niece, Georga Emmerson, great nephew Joey Van der Vlugt, and by her aunts, uncles, special cousins and by her extended family in laws. Tracy was predeceased by her father, Robert (Bob) Bruon and her grandparents Roy and Marguerite Genge, Frank and Julia Brown, Uncle, Jack Genge, cousin, Randy Hargreaves and father in law Roy Williams. Tracy will be greatly missed by her best friends at home and in Calgary. Tracy loved her work but her family always came first; she and Dave were soul mates, she adored her son Brad, and they were always the number one priority in her life. Tracy worked as a hairdresser, supervision aid for the School District #71, Customer Service Rep at Fabricland and a Install Coordinator and later promoted to Dispatch Administrator at Trail Appliances in Calgary. She always told everyone how much she loved working at Trail Appliances and how they embraced her as part of the Trail Appliance family. Tracy had a culinary gift and always took great pleasure in making dinners with her husband Dave. She was an avid Canucks fan even while working and living rabid Calgary Flames fans. Tracy loved music and her favorites were the Beatles and Elvis and was thrilled when she and Dave saw former Beatle Paul McCartney perform in Edmonton. Tracy’s favorite hobby was sewing and always found rayon batik to make special tops and dresses in beautiful turquoise colors. Tracy truly loved conversation and giving advice, and love nothing more than sharing a cup of coffee (preferably Starbucks) or glass of iced tea to chat about things, with her family and friends. Tracyllia, your resilient, courageous, loving tenacious spirit, will forever inspire us to live by your example.
