Vesta Adrienne Rennison (nee: Dickson) passed away on April 5th at South Granville Park Lodge in Vancouver at the age of 87.Vesta was born in the Collingwood area of Vancouver on March 27, 1915.
She was predeceased by her husband Arnold after 52 years of marriage. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Joan (Luther Muir); and son Art (Marnie Angus); her grandchildren: Janice, Karen (Rory Bass), Andrew and Lee; and by her great-grandchildren: Jarrett and Spencer; and many nieces, nephews, and in-laws. Vesta grew up in Vancouver, the youngest of six children of Ed & Eliza Dickson, and attended Carlton Elementary School and John Oliver High School.
She was married in Vancouver in 1940. She lived a very active life in Vancouver, Steveston, Smithers, Oliver, and Courtenay. Vesta’s life will be celebrated in a private family service.
