Vi passed away very peacefully after an 8-year battle with emphysema on March 7th, 2004 at St Joseph’s Hospital with her daughter by her side. She will be sadly missed and forever loved by her only child, daughter Alicia, granddaughters Brooke and Sierra and her loving companion Lucien Dumont. Vi was predeceased by her parents Nick and Vera, twin brother Mickey and brother Fred. A Service of Remembrance was held at Glenhaven Funeral Chapel in Vancouver on Wednesday, March 17th, 2004. Vi will be forever remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and friend to all.
