William "Bing" George Tantrum passed away on June 15, 2017. Bing was a free spirit, a West Coast Logger and "proud of it." Don't cry for me because I'm gone, I had a wonderful life.

Thank you to my family and friends, my wife Loretta, my daughter Coreen and son Shane, granddaughters Stevie husband Andrew with children Max, Hunter and Hanna, Shelby, Shawnie, Lindy and Bradley and daughter-in-law Tracy, sister Pat, son Mark and deceased sons Wendall and Murry, sister-in-law Jill and her two grandchildren Cole and Alexis, her deceased husband and Bing's twin brother Jimmy and their deceased son Michael.

Bing passed away at home with his family and friends surrounding him. He lived his life to the fullest, spoke out when he needed to, but was willing to help anyone in trouble. He had a kind and gentle heart. If you do anything in my honour go to the Cumberland Hotel and have a cold beer. Thanks to all my friends "you know who you are" and always remember the Frank Sinatra song "I Did It My Way."

We will be having a Celebration of his Life on July 8, 2017 at 1:00pm at the Cumberland Recreation Center, 2665 Dunsmuir Ave.
