The Auxiliary for Comox Valley Healthcare is giving a special teddy bear to each baby born in the Comox Valley Hospital.
The first newborn to receive her bear was baby Jasmine, seen here with mom Sofia, dad and big brother.
The Auxiliary operates the Gift Shop with volunteers and all proceeds go toward patient comforts and equipment.
