The Comox Valley Record and Parker’s Appliances are teaming up for another year of the Valley Vonka and the Hot Chocolates Factory contest.

The contest started March 23 and continues until April 13.

More than 3,000 chocolates are available at participating businesses around the Comox Valley — but only six golden tickets are awaiting six lucky winners.

To redeem your golden ticket, it must be validated at the Comox Valley Record no later than April 22.

For all the rules, check out the Wednesday edition of The Record.

Special thanks to Adil at Sure Copy, and Lisa at Isla Life Designs.

Last year, we raised almost $17,000 from the proceeds of chocolate bar sales.

This year, we hope to exceed $20,000.

All proceeds go to Comox Valley charity YANA (You Are Not Alone).
