Courtenay art gallery helping out the SPCA

Spirits of the West Coast Art Gallery is accepting much-needed material donations for the Comox Valley SPCA. Come to the gallery at 2926 Back Road, between East Courtenay and Comox, to donate an item for the SPCA during the first two weeks of February — Feb. 1-14.

Spirits of the West Coast Art Gallery is accepting much-needed material donations for the Comox Valley SPCA. Come to the gallery at 2926 Back Road, between East Courtenay and Comox, to donate an item for the SPCA during the first two weeks of February — Feb. 1-14.

With your donation, you will receive a small thank you gift from the gallery, as well as an entry into the Valentine’s Day draw for a gift basket valued at $200.

A variety of Northwest Coast native-designed gifts and a pair of silver earrings are sure to delight your favourite Valentines.

The Comox Valley SPCA and their animals are in need of the following items:

· Wet dog and cat food (No dry food)

· Dog and cat beds

· Fleece blankets, towels, face cloths

· Paper towels, toilet rolls and disinfectant wipes

· Laundry detergent, dish detergent (no bleach).

· Garbage bags

· Gift cards

If you would like to donate funds directly to the SPCA, please do so at the following website: http://spca.bc.ca/locations/comox-valley/ and bring your receipt to the Spirits of the West Coast Art Gallery to be eligible for the draw.
