CVMISS hosts AGM Saturday

Once again, it is time to renew the board of the Comox Valley Multicultural and Immigrant Support Society (CVMISS). The public is invited to attend the annual general meeting this Saturday at the Women’s Centre, from 2 to 5 p.m. at 1-1491 McPhee Ave. It’s an opportunity to meet the group’s members and to share with the board your ideas about CVMISS’ involvement in the community. It is also a time to enjoy some tasty foods and refreshments, so if you like the spirit of sharing, you can bring some finger foods for all to enjoy. — Comox Valley Multicultural and Immigrant Support Society
