The Comox Valley Multicultural and Immigrant Support Society hosts a Mother's Day barbecue this Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Maple Pool Campsite at 4659 Headquarters Rd. in Courtenay.
The event is free for society members. Non-members pay $5 for seniors, $10 for adults and $15 per family to cover the cost of all food and soft drinks.
