The Comox Valley Regional District will be offering Hornby and Denman Island residents a free online information session to review new evacuation guidelines specific to their communities.
“The guidelines being introduced were developed in collaboration with numerous first response agencies and other stakeholders, some of whom will be taking part in the presentation,” said Deputy Emergency Program co-ordinator, Comox Valley Emergency Program, George Doerksen. “We are encouraging Hornby and Denman Island residents to register for their community session to learn more and ask questions.”
Registration for the free online (Zoom) sessions will be required.
