The Comox Archives and Museum Society is pleased to announce the official opening of our new exhibit, commemorating the 102nd Battalion, which will take place on Saturday, March 19, 2016, from 2-4 p.m., at 1729 Comox Avenue. The 102nd Battalion trained at Goose Spit, and departed from Comox on June 10, 1916, to fight in many of the important battles of WW1.
Mayor Ives will be on hand to cut the ribbon, and to present the 2016 Heritage Award. Everyone is welcome to attend.
