The Comox Valley Horticultural Society Gardens in Bloom is now accepting applications for grants.
More than $6,000 in funds are available to eligible organizations, which includes non-profit, social and indigenous organizations, and any volunteer group.
Your goal is for group education and awareness on how to garden in the Comox Valley, through workshops, info sessions, how-to demos, meet and greets; anything that helps us all share local gardening knowledge and skills, and the healthy and environmental benefits of digging in the dirt.
Submission deadline is Jan. 31.
Grant applications are online at comoxvalleyhortsociety.ca or contact the Gardens in Bloom chair Joanne Gesell at firstname.lastname@example.org
