The Comox Valley Horticultural Society Gardens in Bloom is now accepting applications for grants.
More than $6,000 in funds are available to eligible organizations, which includes non-profit, social and indigenous organizations, and any volunteer group.
Your goal is for group education and awareness on how to garden in the Comox Valley, through workshops, info sessions, how-to demos, meet and greets; anything that helps us all share local gardening knowledge and skills, and the healthy and environmental benefits of digging in the dirt.
Submission deadline is Jan. 31.
