The Merville Grand Mothers’ Fabulous Fabric Sale is happening again on Saturday, Oct. 14, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. George’s Church Hall at Sixth and Fitzgerald in Courtenay.

Come at 10 a.m. sharp for the best selection of fine fabrics, quilting, yarn, sewing equipment and supplies.

Donations collected from the community offer a wide selection of fabrics, from party elegance to West Coast flannel to Halloween costumes. There are notions galore for all kinds of creative projects. You could even find everything you need to sew a stunning wedding dress.

Bring shopping bags to take home your treasures.
