The Comox Valley Record and BodyNetix Professional Fitness Training have collaborated to help you maintain an exercise routine while self-isolating.

Every Monday, we will post a new “Motivation Monday” video workout routine, to get the week started.

Here’s Megan with this week’s episode. You’ll need a dumbbell, or some other weighted object, as well as a towel for today’s workout.

Remember to warm up beforehand.
