4R’s Education Centre Society and On The Fly Cafe at the Comox Valley Airport have partnered to help you with your baking and gift-giving needs this Christmas season.
Choose from homemade fruit pies ($20), gluten-free scones ($25) or meat pies ($27) like roasted chicken pot pie or French Canadian tourtiere. Shop for yourself or purchase a gift certificate for a friend, and $5 from each purchase goes back to 4R’s, a local charity that has been supporting students in the Comox Valley and surrounding areas for over 30 years.
Vouchers will be available for purchase until Dec. 18. Just call (250-338-4890) or email 4R’s (four.rs@shaw.ca) to buy your voucher, then pick up your goodies at On The Fly Cafe’s new take-out window. It’s a great way to shop local and support a local charity.
