Royal rifles on display at HMCS Alberni Museum and Memorial in Courtenay

Sicily Taylor, Grade 7 Robb Road Elementary, reads the story of her great-great grandfather Captain Maxwell Malalue of the King’s Royal Rifles during the First World War which is on permanent display at the HMCS Alberni Museum and Memorial (HAMM). The Malalue collection is just part of the many individual memorial displays portraying stories of the Canadian military covering more than 100 years. HAMM will be open extended hours on Remembrance Day 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
