Newcomers to the Comox Valley are having the time of their lives.
Meeting new friends and learning about the fascinating people and places that make the valley such a special place is what makes the Comox Valley Newcomers one of the most dynamic women’s social clubs in the country.
From bridge to biking, and lunching to friendly dinners, the club offers more than 20 indoor and outdoor activities. Take a spin around the countryside on a bicycle, play a game of euchre or hike, ski or snowshoe Mount Washington with new friends.
If you have been in the Valley for two years or less, you are invited to join. There’s no need to pre-register.
The new season begins Sept. 10 at 6:30 p.m. with a kickoff meeting at the Florence Filberg Centre in downtown Courtenay.
