The Comox Valley Art Gallery hosts Discover Art Saturday from 2-4 p.m. The free, drop-in event is an interactive visual experience the first Saturday of each month. It features art making hosted by gallery volunteers.
Visit the exhibits and then sit down to create: draw, sketch, colour and collage. Basic art materials are supplied.
On exhibit in the community gallery is a solo show featuring the ceramic works of Ellen Statz, who will give a demonstration.
