The president of the Comox Valley Potters Club is a featured artist this month.
Cori Sandler is the club’s newest member and is an accomplished potter and artist. Her sense of humour and joie de vivre are evident in her work.
Since arriving in the Valley, Cori has made her mark and is active in trying new and different forms of firing — the Gorden Hutchens’ wood-fired anagama kiln is her latest venture.
Come and see her great pots at the Potters Place. It’s open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the corner of Fifth and Cliffe in the cultural heart of downtown Courtenay.
For more information, phone 250-334-4613, visit www.thepottersplace.ca or visit the potters on Facebook.
