The popular Simms Summer Concert Series has been extended by one week.
Come to Simms Millennium Park in Courtenay this Sunday at 7 p.m. for a special tribute concert by local jazz band the Lensmen for the late Noel Thomas. Thomas was an accomplished trumpet player well-known in the Comox Valley, playing with the Lensmen and many other groups.
Bring a lawn chair and blanket for this special concert, and enjoy fantastic music in a beautiful outdoor setting.
