Fresh off the successful release of their debut EP – The Muse – Alli Sunshine and the Blue Sparrows will play their first Courtenay show at Joe's Garage.
Alli Sunshine's pleasant blend of soul and pop has found a home and success on the island in the Harbour City, and the band hopes to emulate these achievements and reach new audiences with this show.
Having performed already on a number of occasions in Victoria, the band is excited about finally taking their sound north into the Comox Valley.
Alli's own description of her band's original sound is “Wilco meets Carole King meets Jenny Lewis.”
