Dave Morris is coming to town to work with various Canadian Improv Games students.

It happens Saturday, June 11 at the G.P. Vanier Theatre. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 (cheaper for students).

During the day the students will workshop long-form improvisation (25-30 minute improvisations) followed by an evening performance with storyteller and improviser Morris.

"The show/workshop is a chance for younger improvisers to learn new things and expand their views of what improvisation can be," says Morris. "We like to say The Canadian Improv Games is the first step; well this is the second step."

Morris has been improvising for well over a decade. He’s performed and taught at festivals around the world including Chicago, Seattle, Vancouver, and even Berlin. His style is unique, inspiring, and a must see for anyone who likes to spin a good yarn.
