Vancouver Island MusicFest 2011 is seeking community-minded, music-loving individuals to join the team as volunteer crew co-ordinators and shift supervisors at the festival this summer.
Volunteers with strong organizational and communication skills, who are fun-loving and willing to play a leadership role within a team are being sought in the following areas: volunteer and performer kitchen, CD and merch sales, general store, security and hosts, box office, green team, site and construction crews.
