Essential Oils 101: fundraising workshop for Comox Valley Food Bank

Success Weight Loss is hosting an Essential Oils 101 Workshop to support Comox Valley Food Bank.

It is a free, fun and empowering afternoon from 2-5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 27, to explore the wonderful world of Young Living essential oils and help support the Comox Valley Food Bank.

The event takes place at the Success Weight Loss, Sixth Street, between Atlas and Bisque Café.

Participants will be learning about essential oils and will be participating to make and create their own diffuser bracelet, as well as getting a choice of making an immunity roller or a “Mama’s Time-out & Relax Roller” to take home with them.

There will be door prizes, snacks, coffee and tea will be provided. Please bring a donation for the Comox Valley Food Bank.

The Comox Valley Food Bank is in need of:

• non-perishable items such as jams, peanut butter, sauces, etc.

• Perishable items such as fruits and veggies.

• Personal items such as toothpaste, soaps, socks, jackets, shampoos, feminine accessories.

Participants are to bring their favourite colour of beads including unpolished lava beads. For more information or to RSVP call 250-871-7006.
