Start by making sure you’re looking at the right store. In the top left corner, you’ll see Courtenay, BC and that day’s store hours. Once you select the location, that will become your home store. There, you’ll also see curbside pickup hours and the hours for the auto centre.
Now that you’re in the Courtenay store online, try looking for a product. Try searching for a toaster, for example, and select parameters from the pop-up menu, like four-slice toaster or toaster oven. All the available options will show up, letting you browse the features, read about the products, and make your selection.
Even better, the inventory displayed reflects real-time information – it updates all day long, Keith notes.
Once you make your selection, you can continue shopping or go right to the online shopping cart, where you can choose from in-store pickup, curbside pickup, or ship to home.
Once you’ve confirmed payment, you’ll receive an email confirming your order, and if you’re picking your item up, a second email will notify you when it’s ready. At the store, simply show them your emailed QR code and you’re ready to go!
