Looking for inspiration for your journal-writing? Want to take some time to journal and relax?

This Sunday from 1 to 3:30 p.m., Sharon Colling, a registered clinical counsellor, will lead a Journal Writing Workshop for women in her downtown Courtenay office.

Participants will practise journal-writing, enjoy relaxation exercises, and gather insights. The focus will be on awareness, thinking constructively, and building confidence.

The cost is $40.
