A beehive art show with actual painted bee hives, bee themed paintings by the Art Group of the Comox Valley, music, honey, food, drinks, farm produce, a demonstration bee hive, farm tours and more.

It is set for Sept. 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Hazelmere Farms on Grant Road.

This is part of the Farm Cycle Tour and Sustainability. and is promoting awareness about how bees and other pollinators are endangered and what we can do about it.

Follow the signs to the Tourist Information Centre, then continue to Grant Road and follow the bee. It is a family friendly event.

Bee-themed paintings hanging at the farm will be on display at The White Whale restaurant for the months of October and November.
