On Friday Aug. 16, LUSH Valley will be hosting an open house with food trucks at their new home of Tin Town.
The community is invited to tour the organization’s warehouse, kitchen and unit upstairs.
The Farmer’s Kitchen food truck will also be on site selling food and beverage that highlight the local produce available. Both gluten-free and vegan options will be available.
The event runs between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and welcomes all to stop in a sample the flavours of the Comox Valley while supporting community food security and LUSH Valley’s recent growth.
