The annual Jingle Bell Run is back, this year taking place on Dec. 8.

The event will be at Seal Bay Nature park, and is described by organizers as "a heartwarming tradition that brings our community together to support a worthy cause."

That cause: the Comox Valley Food Bank.

"If anyone is interested, donations and registration for the event are through Raceroster.com (CVRR Jingle Bell Run 2024)," a release from the organizers says.

Last year, over 140 people took part in the event and the runners raised over $5,000 for the food bank.
