A judicial recount will take place in Cumberland on Wednesday.
Last week, Roger Kishi filed the application for a recount due to a two-vote difference between the fourth and fifth place council candidates.
Sean Sullivan retained his council seat with 602 votes while Kishi received 600.

A judge granted the application in court on Tuesday. The recount will take place in the Cumberland council chambers at 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
