Comox Valley Chamber of Commerce hosting Courtenay-Alberni all-candidates forum

The Comox Valley Chamber of Commerce will be hosting an All Candidates Forum for the Courtenay-Alberni riding. The Record, My Tech Guys and Toastmasters are sponsoring this event. The event will be streamed live by My Tech Guys, www.mytechguys.ca

The forum takes place on Wednesday, Oct. 9 in the gymnasium at Mark Isfeld Secondary, 1555 Lerwick Road Courtenay at 6 p.m. The moderator for the evening will be Bill Anglin, Director on the Comox Valley Chamber of Commerce board.

The format for the evening will include brief opening remarks from each candidate, a question periodthat will be based on questions received from citizens in the riding and brief closing remarks by each candidate. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m.

Questions must be received by the Chamber of Commerce by Friday, Oct. 4 via email to questions@comoxvalleychamber.com

The chamber and the event sponsors invite you to attend and learn more about each of the candidates to make a more informed decision on Monday, Oct. 21. Members of the general public are welcome to attend!
