Comox Valley RCMP investigating convenience store break and enter

Comox Valley RCMP are looking for assistance to identify the suspect who broke into a business in Buckley Bay on Nov. 19, 2021.

Just after 1 a.m. on Nov. 19, 2021 the Comox Valley RCMP were called to the Petro Canada in Buckley Bay after a witness reported suspicious activity in the area. When investigators arrived, they discovered the store had been broken into; however the suspect had fled the scene.

“Surveillance cameras captured footage of the suspect and we are sharing it with the public with the hope that someone is able to identify him,” said Const. Monika Terragni, media relations officer, Comox Valley RCMP. “The suspect is associated to a four-door GMC pickup truck.”
