Comox Valley RCMP retrieve stolen goods, now looking for owners

Are you missing anything?

On Sept. 27, the Comox Valley RCMP arrested a man who was in possession of what is believed to be a large amount of stolen property.

The man was in possession of costume jewellery (earrings, rings, necklaces), handmade jewellery, small jewellery boxes, watches, and even a lock of hair.

“It is important to report all thefts to police, no matter how minor they may seem,” said Const. Monika Terragni, Comox Valley RCMP. “It’s these reports that help us establish crime trends in the Comox Valley and help us to return stolen property to owners when it is recovered” she added.

If you were the victim of theft and think some of the property listed above might be yours, please call the Comox Valley RCMP detachment and refer to file 2019-15240.
