Comox Valley RCMP seek assistance to locate missing man

Laurie Morrell was last seen just after midnight on April 1

The Comox Valley RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing Cumberland resident.

Laurie Morrell was last seen just after midnight on April 1, 2019. Since his disappearance, police have attended several locations where Laurie likes to go; however, he remains missing.

Laurie is believed to be travelling in a silver Dodge Durango, BC Licence plate: GD018L

Laurie Morrell is described as:

• Caucasian male;

• 40 years old;

• 6 ft 2 in (188 cm);

• 260 lbs (118 kg);

• Red Hair;

• Beard;

• Possibly wearing glasses;

• Green eyes.
