Courtenay City Hall raises poppy flag

Mayor Larry Jangula and members of the Courtenay Legion were on hand Tuesday at City Hall for the raising of the Poppy Flag.

Legion president Bruce Stewart presented Jangula with the first poppy on behalf of the City of Courtenay.
