Bruce Jolliffe, Jim Gillis and Edwin Grieve will retain their posts for another term as Area A, B and C directors respectively on the Comox Valley Regional District board because no one else filed nomination papers by Friday's deadline.Two Islands Trust candidates will be selected for each of the Denman Island and Hornby Island local trust areas.Denman nominees are Laura Busheikin, David Critchley, Kathy Dunster, Bill Engleson, David Graham and Laura Pope. Hornby nominees are Alex Allen, Ron Emerson, Fred Hunt, Tony Law and William Thomas. The municipal elections are Nov. 19.
