On Nov. 20, the Comox Valley RCMP discovered a deceased man in the woods near the 800 block of Willemar Ave., in Courtenay.
The man was identified as a 34-year-old Courtenay resident.
The cause of death appears not to be suspicious at this time. The BC Corner Service has taken over the investigation.
