Disabilities consultation with MLA McRae begins Monday in Courtenay

The first in a series of face-to-face discussions  about issues facing people with disabilities in B.C. kicks off Monday in Courtenay.

This is an accessible, public opportunity for all members of the community to share their ideas and solutions for reducing barriers and increasing freedoms in B.C.

Minister of Social Development and Social Development Don McRae will attend the session and be available for questions following his opening remarks at 7 p.m.

The event will happen at the Best Western Plus Westerly Hotel and Convention Centre.
