Randy Frank, an artist and carver who is a client at the Dawn to Dawn: Action on Homelessness Society, is hosting a fundraiser this Saturday at the K'ómoks First Nation band hall to help finance a costly hip repair surgery.
The event includes a seafood dinner, dance and silent auction.
Doors open at 4 p.m. Dinner is from 5 to 8 p.m. The auction runs from 8 and 9 p.m.
The band Kin/fo takes to the stage at 9 p.m.
Tickets are $20 each.
