Lake Trail students receive donated snowboard gear

Christmas came early for some students at Lake Trail Middle School, thanks to Patrick Kitto of JumpCamp.

The snowboard camp recently donated snowboards, boots and gear to the students to assist them in a day of snowboarding in the new year.

Kitto noted thanks to Mount Washington Alpine Resort who donated passes, the students will be able to test out the gear in February 2020.

The annual drive works with local organizations, businesses and the generosity of the Comox Valley community.
