A public hearing is scheduled for the proposed Lorne Hotel development next Tuesday, May 5 at 7 p.m. at the Comox Community Centre. The proposed development is a commercial/residential mixed use five-storey building.
The hearing is held to consider a Comox zoning bylaw amendment to change the zoning from commercial to a site specific comprehensive development zone, and a phased development agreement authorization bylaw.
Copies of the proposed bylaws, reports and documents are available for viewing at town hall at 1809 Beaufort Ave.
