The Comox Valley Multicultural Society's Lunar New Year Festival at the Native Son's Hall on Feb. 25 was a standing-room-only success.
Every last ticket to the event was sold, and no wonder - the main attraction was the award-winning Jhuo Lan Dragon Dance Team of Taiwan, which did not disappoint, performing numerous dragon dances to the delight of those in attendance.
