Two Royal Canadian Air Force CC-115 Buffalo aircraft and two CH-149 Cormorant helicopters, all from 19 Wing, were deployed to help in the search and rescue of three occupants of a plane reported missing during a flight from Pitt Meadows to Pemberton Sunday afternoon.

The plane, a 1963 Beechcraft Musketeer, was discovered landed on an ice field and all three occupants were safe.
