Under the terms of the Warehouseman’s Lien Act, goods and personal property of the person/s listed below and stored at Valley Self Storage, 1697 Ryan Road East, Comox BC, have been seized and will be sold on or after June 1st, 2023, to recover the cost of unpaid storage rent.

The Town of Comox requires that, prior to the submission of an application for a development, the Applicant shall conduct a Community Consultation. The purpose of the consultation is to inform the community, to obtain public feedback, and to identify neighbourhood impacts of the proposed development.

In accordance with the Warehousemans Lien Act, I would like to give notice that the property stored in Unit 20 at Airport Service & Mini Storage, 1466 Ryan Rd, Lazo, BC, and owned by Sherry Matson, will, after 14 days be sold or disposed of due to the fees related to its storage being 3 & 1/2 months in arrears.
