Duyndam, Adriana Sophia Johanna
Passed away peacefully on October 1, 2002 at the Lions Gate Hospital. Born October 23, 1912 in Noordwyk ann Zee, Holland, emigrated to Canada in 1951 with her husband and children and settled in the Comox Valley. Moved to Ladysmith in 1976 and to North Vancouver in 1992. Predeceased by her husband Pieter in 1994 and grandson Peter Baak in 1998. Survived by her daughter Jane (Andy) Baak and son Kees (Betty) and grandchildren John (Wendy), Andrew (Cyndi) James, Jeffrey and Joanna and great grandson Quinn. Memorial service at St Andrew’s & St. Stephen’s Presbyterian Church at 2641 Chesterfield Ave., North Vancouver, Monday October 7, at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the BC Cancer Foundation.
