CLARK, Alice Aurelia
of Courtenay, passed away peacefully on Tuesday August 21, 2012 at the New Horizons Care Centre, Campbell River.
Born November 7, 1922 in Limerick, Saskatchewan. She is survived and will be dearly missed by her husband of 65 years, Max; daughter Paulette; and her brother Don Calimente.
Alice was an active member of St. George’s United Church for many years, and in her leisure volunteered with the Evergreen Seniors, was an avid curler, and worked tirelessly with the St. Andrews Church Restoration Project.
A gathering of family and friends in Celebration of her Life will take place on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 2:00 pm from Comox Valley Funeral Home, Cremation and Reception Centre, 1101 Ryan Road. Followed by fellowship and refreshments in the “Green Room and Outdoor Patio” of the funeral home.
