Born West Bromich, England. Professor Emeritus, Faculty of Commerce, University of British Columbia; Chartered Accountant; DLitt (Hon) - University of Malaysia.
Survived by his wife “Mac” of 62 years, their three children Robert (Sharon), Joan (Colin), Bronwen (Peter), four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
