Asher Gerhart Cropley

In loving memory ~
Born on Salt Spring Island, Asher's sunrise began at 7:55 AM on September 23, 1987. His sunset came on April 11, 2023. Asher predeceased his grandma, June Nicol but, she followed him into the spirit world on April 15, 2023, on their last adventure together. Leaving behind his beloved parents Angela Gerhart and Don Cropley, plus his step-family, Linda Gerdund and her son, Ben. Also his Uncle Geoff Gerhart, who Asher and his Grandma called Joe, along with other dear family members, our ceremony relatives and his loving friends.
Our son was known for his deeply compassionate heart, amazing and entertaining sense of humour plus a great love for family and nature. Asher added a lot to the comradery he so loved sharing with us all, especially with his dad and friends out fishing, quadding, flying drones and more! Skiing and working on Mount Washington were passionately pursued throughout his life. Asher was a jack of all and mastered many; he had the creative spirit of an artist. He touched many lives in beautiful ways...our imaginations are inspired to honour his love, infinitely. Rest well, our beloved Asher, fly free and we will see you along the way. We all love you much! All our relations. Bye for now...
There will be a celebration of life on June 23, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Comox Valley Funeral Home.
